Eight ways to promote your company Handmade Soap
If you have your own soap making business, you know, it’s a challenge to find new markets for your handmade soap. It may surprise you to learn that there are a variety of inexpensive and even free ways to market your soaps. Here are some ideas:
1. Designing a business card that your soap truly do business. Add a photo of your handmade soap right on your card. Nothing attracts attention and encourages the desire to acquire a better picture. Add information about your card as a “5 Reasons Why Handmade soap is better.” Make sure your website address and contact details clearly displayed on the map.
2 Give out your business card everywhere you go. Set in an aquarium in restaurants and on notice boards in libraries, grocery stores and schools. Give your hairdresser, dentist and adapt. Do it regularly and you will see the results!
3 Join your local chamber of commerce, and networking with other members. Your local chamber of commerce probably has monthly meetings where you can meet other small business owners. At these meetings, you will probably find the owner of the store, that your soap would carry in their stores. Retailers are always looking for something unique that they offer to their customers. Take plenty of business cards with you at the meeting!
